I just finished reading Twitterville by Shel Israel and Naked Conversations by Shel Israel and Robert Scoble.

I have another 40-odd Gov 2.0/Social media books to read - with the dollar's near parity I did a lot of Amazon shopping :)

Stasiland by Emma Funder... perhaps quite pertinent to late 20 century public administration...

'The Stranger's Long Neck: how to deliver what your customers really want online' by Gerry McGovern. I also highly recommend Gerry's 'New Thinking' blog on web content management issues: http://www.gerrymcgovern.com/new_thinking.htm
