Mobile government experts

Can anyone recommend any departments/agencies who have implemented a mobile engagement strategy or developed an app?


I'm currently putting together the 2nd annual Smart Govenment Australia conference, with a whole day this year looking at how governments in Australia can communicate with citizens, as well as collaborate with each other over mobile and other portable devices.

L2 Digital IQ Index: Public Sector

L2, a think tank for digital innovation, has published its Digital IQ Index: Public Sector ranking 100 public sector organisations from government and non government sectors in the USA.  Based on L2’s premise that digital competence makes for more robust democracy, the report is rich in insight into how digital platforms are refashioning democracy not just in relation to public policy and programs, but also in relation to power.
