Group 8 Education is focused on helping school leaders, schools and school systems make the transition from Education 2.0 to Education 3.0 (i.e. from the system put in place post-WWII organised around conformance, to the system that has been emerging since the 1980's, organised around engagement). Although I am based in Sydney all my work has been in Victoria and the UK (the two English speaking systems most open to innovation).
Education 3.0 allows the full development of our children whilst 2.0 (and 1.0 before it) create adults dependent on external authority.
